PLZ READ; black trans artist facing homelessness and need help
i honestly hate having to do this!!! but my landlord is selling the house i am renting out of and is only giving me a little less than 30 days to find a new place. she refuses to give me back my deposit of $550, claiming i have done damage to the house that my roommate and previous roommate have done. i am looking for a place right now and may be able to(90% chance) secure one in the 30 day period!! however not getting my deposit back and having to pay last months rent, along with paying another deposit and first months rent is not going to be possible for me without help since i am a stay at home full time artist!! or else i will be homeless for the third time in the last couple years for who knows how long, the sooner i can gather the funds to move out of this hell hole the better
i need $2200 for my total move out and move in costs!! plz considering boosting/donating anything helps
